Constance holds a Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law and Graduate Schools (Santa Ana), ABD in Clinical Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology (Irvine, CA). Constance also holds a Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Trinity Graduate Schools (Santa Ana, CA) and is a registered Addiction Specialist (Masters Level - A0811241242) having completed that program of study through Breining College (Orangeville, CA). Constance is also a Certified Anger Management Counselor (Level II) from Century Anger Management (Newport Beach, CA). With extensive experience including service as an Intensive Outpatient Director with Able To Change, a Drug and Alcohol Counselor/Youth Counselor with the California Youth Authority and a Treatment Team Supervisor with Ettie Lee Homes For Youth (Santa Ana, CA), Constance's expertise, coupled with her passion for service in the Drug/Alcohol recovery field serves as an asset for Turning Point Treatment Center and its' clients.Residential Manager- Cindy Smith
Cindy began working in the field of chemical dependency and addiction counseling in 2001 because of her own experience of recovery. Cindy is instrumental in endorsing the principles of the 12 steps and has dedicated her life to helping individuals struggling with addiction, her empathy for clients’ allow her to be a source of guidance for those under her care. Cindy has a CAS certification and training in Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Crisis Intervention, and Domestic Violence. Christian Track/Counselor - Steve Wilson, CAS. Steve has been active in recovery for 9 years, and has been in leadership at Celebrate Recovery at Saddleback Church, co-leading the Men's CODA Group. Specializing in codependency and communication and is experienced in helping clients to identify, evaluate, and address the issues underlying their addictive behaviors, to set boundaries and take back their lives. Marriage & Family Therapist - Lisa Mills, MFT, NCC, Clinical Therapist Program Client Nutritionist - Robert Karlsson Consulting Psychiatrist -**Joseph Pursch, M.D. As Director of the Alcohol Rehabilitation Service at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Long Beach, California from 1973 to 1980, Dr. Pursch gained national attention for the successful treatment of several notable celebrities and public figures.. He served on President Carter's Alcohol and Drug Commission and Ronald Regan's Blue Ribbon Commission on Drunk Driving. In addition to consulting at Turning Point Treatment Center, Dr. Pursch sits on the Board of Trustees of the National commission Against Drunk Driving. Dr. Pursch is also the recipient of The Distinguished Service Medal from the President of the United States and has been listed in the Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Medicine and Best Doctors in America.
